I had a transaction with this escrow. I can say they are the worst escrow to use. Terrible at responding to emails. You would have to call them constantly to get anything from them.

They will make sure that all fees are accounted for and that nothing falls underneath the radar. Miriam, the escrow manager, is always on top of the files.
