The hack running what seems to be a one-man operation, Eric, is the epitome of unprofessional and rude. He told me he was "the best in the business" but stood me up for our appt. the day before the insurance deadline. Later, on the phone, he said he just "forgot," and only recommended one plan. When I told him why that wasn't a good plan for me, he basically threw up his hands and said I obviously wouldn't be satisfied with any plan he suggested. Months after I left a 1-star google review, Eric noticed it and called with a half-assed apology and asked me to take the review down or change it to a 4- or 5-star review. He even tried to bribe me by saying he'd send me a Starbuck's gift certificate! Ha! I decided to be generous and take my review down. But true to form, he didn't send any gift certificate. In my experience, this guy doesn't do what he says he'll do. He's all talk and he's NOT the best in the business, and treating clients this poorly deserves bad reviews. (Eric, do NOT contact me about this review! This one is staying up, just as the prior one should've, so don't harass me about it.)

Update: Eric harassed me about this review by sending a nasty text. I've now blocked him from sending further texts.

Eric was incredibly rude on the phone. He answered by saying, "Hey, this is Eric." I asked if this was Rocky Mountain Health Brokers, and he responded with, "yep." Then he just waited--he seemed a bit irritated and not eager at all to help me. When I asked if he could tell me a little about what he did and shared with him that I was a bit taken aback by his lack of customer service, he stated, "Then call someone else," and hung up.
