I had begun to despair of finding the world class employment attorney I needed who was not conflicted out because of a relationship with my global firm; similarly, the arbitration process I was required to use seemed highly biased toward my firm as well. Amazingly, Rogge is not only a world class employment attorney, he's arguably the best employment attorney in the country and one of the best things that ever happened to me was when he signed on to take my case. Although others in my firm had similar cases, I was the only one with Rogge as my attorney and my outcome was multiples better than the next best. At this point, I think simply making it known Rogge represents you gets you treated better in employment situations. Rogge is one of the most successful litigation attorneys in the country. While he focuses a great deal on employment and labor issues, he's willing to take on most business related litigation and has great results in any of the matters he takes on. Alex Pennetti defended me in a County Court lawsuit. He obtained summary judgment on the plaintiff's claims for breach of restrictive covenants, which precluded the plaintiff from recovering substantial attorney's fees. One of the pet peeves of dealing with law firms so far, is the gate keepers, when they say no "not willing to take your case", especially after saying that and if I request to speak with a manager of the firm and they still say 'No' as if they own the firm. In any case the lady conversed with just did not bother forward my inquiry to an attorney, because it was an EEOC case. Regardless what type of the case it is, law firm should still give an opportunity for an employee to tell their story, especially if they will provide circumstantial evidence and when it comes to EEOC process. Especially if the employee had already done majority of the paperwork and all the firm needs to do is provide assistance for the rest of the way. If they do not have experienced attorneys for EEOC cases, well that's a whole different story. Regardless, they lost another business.

I’ve never written a review for a law firm before, but feel compelled to do so with Rogge Dunn. We’ve almost always used the large bulge bracket firms and wanted to see if a smaller, more boutique firm could offer the same level of expertise and service and a possibly lower cost.

Rogge Dunn provided this in spades. We utilized one of the their top senior lawyers, Greg Clift, and he was as good if not flat out better than any attorney we have used at the larger firms. He was concise, efficient, tough, whip smart and most importantly human! I know that last comment may sound weird, but point is that he took the time to understand the dynamics of the situation, and apply his strategic and tactical advice knowing there were humans on the opposing side. This had the effect of solving the issue quickly and cost effectively, in a much faster time frame than we could have ever hoped. We have since used Greg for several other issues and will continue to do so in the future.
