Sara Straw that works in the office is absolutely amazing! We've switched and bundled our insurance to bring it all under Allstate and she has been so incredible every step of the way! Very bizarre experience with this agent. My prior agent referred me to Rory, who was enthusiastic and helpful at first. He told me he would get me a quote and coverage in a few days and he didn’t get back to me. After a couple weeks I called his office on two different occasions and the person I spoke to said Rory would get back to me. A couple days later I tried his personal cell he once provided me and he would not respond to texts or return my calls, as he had before. I ended up seeking out a different agent. Not exactly professional, thorough, or respectful behavior from Rory and his office. I’ve never had an issue with any previous Allstate agent so this was very disappointing.
