Bad service and they don’t explain thing thoroughly before you have to come back and make you run around like crazy then have a bad attitude. And laugh at you like if it was obvious something you didn’t know and asked prior to visiting them.

Went here to do a couple simple registration and renewal transfers will not ever go here again overcharged said it would take about 45 days to get the paperwork 2 weeks later still no paperwork and registration tags come to find out they tell me I owe more money to the DMV and I have to take the stuff down there anyway because they didn't give me any stickers for stuff this place is a waste of time and they charge you 45 extra dollars current transaction that you're doing through the DMV with them I would not recommend going to this place to anybody unless you have money you want to throw away not to mention seems like they can't even do simple math and add and subtract plus the owner there it's not even wearing a mask every time we've done in there he chooses not to wear a mask putting everybody at risk at this particular time during a pandemic go there at your own risk

I am so thankful with this place, on Monday I went there but went I walked out I left and envelope with money in it! I was going buy a used car so that’s why I had that money that day with me! It was like $10,400 , So next morning I was going crazy looking for it in my purse and all over my house then I remember last place I was in was in ROSALIO PLATA place in desert hot springs’ so I just called even though my mom told me if they found it may not give it back 😌 but I did called and this educated and handsome young man in that place answer me and says yes ! we have the envelope here with money in it!! Omg I run to get it he told me be careful because it seems it it’s lot of hundreds in there so I am guessing it’s a lot of money! But he added oh was another men who found it!!!!!! he thought it was something else so he opened it and see it so he said oh it’s a lot of money in here !!!! He told the guy here it it’s just in case someone look for it . So I wished I known who was that nice men too to thank him for he’s good action. So I am so happy to see there still lot of nice ppl in this world 🌎 THANK YOU ROSALIO PLATA PLACED AND MISTERIOS GOOD MEN 🙏🏽

I have never in my life been to a place where the staff is SOOOOO kind. They provide so many services with THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my registration, taxes, phone payments and anything related to those things because they always help with it all. Thanks SOOOO much for SOOOO many years of excellent customer service!!!!! You guys are the BEST!!!
