I had called this company for a quote for insurance. They stated they would get back to me in a couple of days. After a week, I had heard nothing, so I called back and left a voicemail. After another week, still no response. I called back again and left another message and emailed. This time I got an email back a few days later saying that I would receive the quote by end of the next business day. That 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard back from them. If this is their response and follow up when I am trying to give them money, I am really concerned on how they will respond (or not!!!) when I would have to submit a claim. Given their complete lack of follow through and customer service, I have found a much better solution.
