I purchased a business policy with State Farm through this agency. I stressed to the agent I needed the policy to cover theft and fraud through my e-commerce business and she assured me it would. Today I needed to file a claim because I was stolen from and lost $10k. I filed a claim and was told my policy has a clause that excluded what I need. I will be moving my home, autos, and business insurance away from State Farm and this agency. I suggest others steer clear as well. They will promise you everything and deliver nothing.

My apologies to Rusty Fanning at State Farm on Tejon at Boulder and his crew. This is a corrected copy of my original evaluation. I don't remember hitting the one star on the posting it was definitely a five-star you guys were patient, polite, friendly, you all had a great sense of humor, very informative for me since it's been awhile for me to buy new car insurance and I don't know all the rules and regulations of today. And the price was very good. For the coverage I'm getting. Again I highly recommend Rusty Fanning and his crew at State Farm.

Rusty Fanning's team is great. Especially Kenzee our rep. From the first time we spoke with her we knew she had our best interest at heart.
