Been calling all day and no answer drove by location don’t close to six I was there at 5:15 doors are locked then I’m sitting there waiting on the phone and two people come out of the building

Horrible customer service. Will never answer the phone and will always place you on hold for hours. They were so bad I had to call the 24/7 support line to report them. Worst agency I’ve come across in the country thus far. Have never had an issue with Allstate before, but this specific agency/location gives them a bad reputation.

Once you are able to get ahold of someone, you are probably in good hands, but getting through is another story. I had called back three times and with the wait time , I couldn't wait any longer . My work doesn't allow me to be on my phone, then I call again on lunch and again , a waiting game. If it wasn't for this bad experience , I belive I would have rated them higher.

All state is great but I feel the money we earn in rewards should be sent to us and that we have the option to choose how we spend it.
Another issue being notified of your bill and it's not due for another 2 week . It makes you feel like your being pressured to pay right away

I been trying to add registration to a new vehicle for months no answer no reply no call back I talk to the main office but Its just a hassle very disappointing its cheap though so thats 1 star update its been 6 months no response still but they are really good at charging you with out fail ...update this place is still the worse why am i still with them cuz even though they are the worse and dont anser its not allstate its this office

This branch is not Allstate, Singh is not involved. This is Lea and her sisters Insurance Co. Their practices concerning insurance are deplorable. The office presents as an unkempt family hangout. Reported fraud to corp. Beware, you are NOT in good hands!

Very bad this lady setting in the front never answered the phone and went over there she is rude and having attitude while asked about the owner he over charge on the out policy then cancel it

I been dealing with my Home and Auto insurance for last 30 years .I see the numbers on policy but no idea what they mean. Now I changed my insurance to Allstate they explained me coverage how it works, what coverage covers what helped me to understand what the numbers on declaration means . I was underinsured for years thinking my insurance is cheap. When Allstate agent explained me the coverage I have through my old insurance I was amazed how one accident could have taken everything away from me.
Allstate charged me $48.00 more than what I was paying before but added almost one Million dollars extra in coverage to my policy.
