If ever you are unlucky enough to have major damage at your property, and it is reported in the media, do not sign with the first public adjuster who comes down the driveway. If Jeff Sable proposes his services, do not hesitate to engage him. Jeff promised us we would always deal directly with him, not a busy office or a message service, and during the long struggle to get the insurance company to cover the actual costs of rebuilding our house, he was true to his word. He communicated directly with the service companies, the general contractors, the insurance people, and kept us up to date on developments. When an initial settlement was inadequate, he went back again and again to the insurance company until a more appropriate amount was obtained. Jeff is an incredibly hard-working and experienced professional. He is also a nice man who calmly and reassuringly helps people through the maze of complicated insurance claims.
