We had Melissa at Sackett & Associates advise us on what health insurance plans we should get to supplement our Medicare plan, when I was about to start retirement. She did an excellent job educating us on what was available, what the pros and cons were, and on choosing the right plan. Then she went the extra mile to do all the paperwork for us to sign up for the Medicare supplimental insurance and for a prescription plan. And advised us to use my COBRA for Dental since it was the cheapest option, and then to come back to her to sign up for a separate dental plan once COBRA expires. I appreciated that she was very willing to answer questions before I retired and explain things, and then stepped us thru the process when I did retire. And she was very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Mellissa was outstanding with information regarding Medicare supplements. She was such a great asset when navigating the jungle of so many supplemental plans.
