Sarah and her team make you feel like family. I've been with this office through a couple of regimes for nearly two decades. Quite simply, the reason I've stuck around is because they genuinely care and want to help. Bianca has guided me through countless policy questions and changes, all the while being incredibly knowledgeable, relatable, and friendly. The entire staff at Sarah Ahmed: Allstate Insurance is amazing. They took customer service to another level. Xulay greeted me as I walked through the door and directed me to the agent Krystal who assisted me. While talking policy with Krystal, Bianca approached and offered an assortment of beverages and snacks and Rudy kept our conversation flowing helping pass the time while Krystal crunched the numbers and saved me quite a bit of money by switching to All State. 5/5* would recommend!
