I am glad to be a customer with this agency. I tried progressive insurance. They are stupid. Seriously. They requested a mortgage statement from me. I told them I rent an apartment. They still need one they said. I realize some people do own their apartment. But I live in the getto. Slumlord owns
the apartment. I've heard some stories about progressive that make me glad I cancelled them. I think if progressive didn't spend so much on advertising they could do a better job paying for claims. And the agents could learn a little bit about Real Estate.
With State Farm I pay the bill and I have insurance. We don't argue.
