TERRIBLE SERVICE from John Hajewski. Like one of the most recent reviews these "CPAs" really just copy and past whatever they see from the previous tax returns. My last tax preparer reported I made a huge lost in 2021 which I never did, and John simply carried it over instead of questioning it or following up like a real professional would do. As soon as I changed CPA's that is the FIRST THING he brought up!! It was common sense, if I have never made such amount, wouldn't it be common sense to ask, "hey based on the information you have provided, the tax return you had from last year doesn't make sense." Well for my new CPA it was common sense. They don't take a moment to call you or email you on a timely matter. Follow up? I'm not sure they know how to do that either. John Hajewski was rude and unprofessional with my husband when he had questions about his taxes, using capitalized letters through an email instead of taking his time to call to clarify or help his concerns. Not once was I able to get him on the phone after the first time that he was setting up our profile. He did my taxes for 2022 and for 2023, he completely forgot about us and followed up super last minute. If you're a small business working hard to grow and learn how to be a good business DO NOT trust this company, it feels like they take advantage of small businesses since most of the time we are new or blind to the new processes of doing things.

I will say that when I first started with them they were personable and kind, at least Dmitri and Pam were. I'm assuming Dmitri is the owner. I see that they care and I appreciate it. But I really believe that they should be careful of who they have in their team because it could really harm their image.

Most unprofessional and incompetent CPA's I have ever worked with. We went through a few of their employees, in which they fired them afterwards. I wonder why, lol? After many mistakes costing lots of money and good faith with the state, we notified SBA CPA we were parting ways. After promising a smooth transition, they became seemingly malicious and even more negligent to our account. Our new CPA is still cleaning up the mess and dealing with items such as taxes that weren't filed. At this point I would flat out call them terrible people, who are willing to lie to make themselves feel better about being so negligent to our account. Thanks for costing us thousands in penalties. Absolutely ridiculous these people are in practice.

What a joke! These guys will charge you nearly $1,000 to copy information from one page and put it on another. They dont do any actual real work. They will make you do everything for them. DO NOT use these people. You might as well watch a <20 min. video on YT and just do it yourself. They are not the type of company that will help maximize your return and strategically alleviate any tax burden. You are just a quick paycheck to them.

Loved them. They are quick and most importantly they communicate and discuss options. Unlike most other tax firms I have used over 40 years, where it is just a black box, with no attempt at any tax planning.

The BEST part of their customer service is their comprehensiveness and patience in answering questions. I did not have to fill out a bunch of forms. Simply organized all of my docs, dropped them off, answered a couple of questions, signed and paid everything electronically. It doesn't get any easier. Thank you Pam & Dmitri!
