This business is a Fraud. They take your money monthly and then when your vehicle needs to be repaired. They come up with stupid lame excuses of it. Not being covered when you have followed all the guidelines And given them information that you know about your vehicle. I paid for a policy for a year and a half and when I needed repairs down on my vehicle for something that was covered according to my policy turned out that it was not covered because they don't wanna fix your vehicle. Anybody That gets a policy with these people.They are scammers and all they will do is take your money and not fix anything.

This is a scam and they will continue to auto call you and harass you, once you cancel the warranty. Once you try and file a claim they will say they sold your contract, to another company, but it’s all the same people and fraudulent.

I have received 5+ phone calls within the past few weeks. I never signed up to receive unsolicited calls from this company. They are claiming in the initial opening statement that they need information right away before "my file closes" and this is urgent so there's not a gap. I've never used their services, and frankly have asked every rep to take me off the call list after asking numerous times what company they are with. The last rep today finally sold me she was with secure car care.

Trying to convince someone who doesn't have their services, that they do and collecting information about car mileage, type, make, etc. is a very sketchy way to go about business. They didn't even have the make of the car I have to confirm with my initially which was a red flag for every single call.

If you receive a random call, they are trying to sell you on a service and will withhold the company name making it sound like you owe them time and you will have a gap with your "car warranty".

Leave me alone for the 6th time.

Do not Purchase anything from this Company, I purchased a car warranty on 9/2021.for a well preserved GMC
First I Did not get a maintenance package. Which was one condition I Purchased.
But I disregard it , Month later, not on agreement. I disregard that. Ok!!!!
HE WAS DESPERATED FOR A SALE.
I never had a Claim until March of 2023
A month after When my car began to have Several situations. Age I guess. They would Cover Nothing. not even a screw next to what they cover.
I realize it wasn't the one for Me. I call them , was given the process for REFUND on 4/24/2023.they received a
Notorized Letter of reason REQUEST REFUND. An Odometer Photo. I Was informed it takes 12 wks at first they received All requested on 4/24/2023. THEN told 16 wks. I HAVENOT RECIEVE ANYTHING it's NOW OVER 16wks.
This a shame. Of course there's a small!!!! cancelation fee. But They took My Prompt Payment with out delay for (1year & 6mths. ) There's NO EXCUSE. for doing business this way.
I should have checked BBB first.
THEY ARE KNOW FOR BAD BUSINESS REVIEWS. !!!
IF YOU SEE A GOOD ONE , I'M SURE ITS ETERNAL OR FRIEND.

3.23.23 update

18 days later we got our packet in the mail.
It was not as described by the salesman, not even close.

There was no form or paperwork in there to fill out for the cancellation so I had to call them again. This time they were friendly.
Turns out there is no forum inside the packet. I just needed to write a letter to palmer asking them to cancel the policy.

Their address you ship it to is a PO box.

I had already contacted Visa to advise them of this company and to watch to make sure they don't charge me for anything else.

Called in again to ask how to cancel. They told me I needed to wait for the packet to come in the mail because it has a form inside of it I need to fill out.

12 days in now still no email response I call them they hang up on me. I have no email with a pdf document to look over nothing has come in the mail yet.

they act like its impossible to resend the email.

said I need to contact palmer auto insurance but that just goes to the same call center according to them.

Palmer also never responded to my email I sent using there contact form.

they did call and left a voicemail I emailed them again asking for a response so it's documented another four days has gone by with no response it's now mach 13th

Another 4 days has gone by still no response by email. I'm asking them to respond to by email so it's documented.

Reaching out again through their email which is on their website for a contact form. Now the 5th day zero response

I have now sent them a fourth email.
I have gotten zero response from them.

I also contacted the auto insurance company that they told me I was going to get a policy with to see if that company had ever heard of this company.

Been 24 hours. Have not received a response from email.

So far what I was told over the phone has not matched up to the service

They called me multiple times so I finally answered. The guy Jamil was super friendly initially and while on the phone with him I was looking up their company and seen it’s probably a scam or super bad business… long story short; after him repeating the same question, multiple different scenarios, him continuing to say the down payment is refundable and me repeating my answer multiple times (that I like to think about my purchases before just giving out my card or bank information) you could tell he was getting irritated. This was fine with me because after realizing this was probably a scam I decided why not waste some of his time like they’re trying to do with other honest people…25 minutes later he hung up on me once I thanked him for his time and said I’m not making any payments…DONT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY!!

I don't write reviews a lot, but I own my own business and wanted to tell about my experience here. I can't speak to how anyone else was treated, but my rep, John, was knowledgeable and professional. I ended up getting a certified plan and was happy when I received the policy as it lined up with what the rep was telling me. I called back and was able to get my daughter's car covered too. Definitely a satisfied customer and wanted to show my thanks.

Im pretty sure these guys are a scam. I did a 30day trial and decided to cancel my policy. Apparently you have to mail a letter to PO box 223 Allenhurst, NJ, 07711 if you want to cancel. You can't just call or sign in online somewhere. I never recieved my warranty info and 1 employee told me its only paper mailed another employee offered to email the pdf to me containing my contract details.

Dont trust these guys as i never recieved anything letgit via mail or email.
