I used Melinda for year with no problems, five stars. Now that Hayley is the new owner, service has been more than horrible. She neglects to do her job and puts the blame for her mistakes on the girls working for her. I would have to say I have never had so many problems with an agency in all my years. From not returning your calls, on two occasions going without insurance for four months. I paid for the policy, but she did not finish bonding the policy twice. I believe this is called negligence in the court system. These are just a few problems I encountered. I finally had enough and transferred all my policies out of her office to a new agent. But he did respond to my complaint online within minutes after posting it, go figure. To date no action has been taken on his end. I am Happy with new agents at Snowy Range Corp office.
