They are great. They always answer the phone and are quick to help. They do a great job of keeping me up to date on all of our personal and business insurance. They let me know if better options become available and do a comprehensive look at all of our insurance annually. They feel like a family owned business with their customer service but are very thorough and professional. I have been with them through their merger with one digital and the customer service has remained excellent.

They've always been extremely courteous and professional: I can always expect a call back from them the same day and it's nice always being able to work with the same great Account Manager, Katelyn.

I'm super impressed with how thoroughly they will research to get us lower rates. A few years ago we explored new auto policies and they put in a ton of additional leg work and showed me a spreadsheet of different policies applicable to us to chose from. We've also had very candid and thorough conversations with with our Account Manager about the appropriate amount of coverage for our home to make sure we're comfortably covered. This makes me feel confident that they genuinely work hard to get us the best policies.

We also get a lot of great perks through our policies like road side assistance which we've used reliably on more than one occasion. It's just nice feeling like our insurance needs are met so it's one less thing we have to worry about.
