Is the worst ever, worst communication and worst service. When you check about a claim you submitted every time they give you an email when you send your reply to them and call you have another representative telling you that the representative gave the wrong one of another department and then they give you a different email and same miscommunication over and over.

I dont normally leave reviews... but this is by far the worst company for Workers compensation. Claims adjusters Do not respond to your calls, emails, etc. They clearly do not care about you or your time. The adjuster was able to communicate with my work about things that would cost them money, but would not return any of my calls. Shame on this company. All they care about is saving cost and Do not give any mind to how the injured worker is doing. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

90 days no payment. No customer service. Adjuster never responds to questions.. only wants you to answer their questions regarding doctor visits to Concentra (who works with them just to send people back to work with out addressing the issues). Only enough Concentra has gotten paid. But neither hospital er, urgent care nor me have gotten a dime.. Worse company I've ever seen. This company should not be allowed to handle workman's comp cases.they have a 1.5 rating with BBB. I've contacted a lawyer to handle it from here. Had to give the 1 star to leave comment. If I had a choice it would be a negative star.

Nothing was processed correctly for my claim. I started a claim and submitted all my paperwork within a couple days and yet nothing was done correctly on their end. Even after countless calls to follow up no one was helpful. I have no other income coming in and this helped me consider seeking employment elsewhere.
