If I could give zero stars I would. Was hot by a semi trailer. Truck Driver got the ticket. He hit me after he pulled out in front of me. Cannot get a hold of anyone to get claim going. Absolutely ridiculous!

Have had a few calls regarding my claim due to paternity leave. I am supposed to get 6 weeks paid and so far all my checks have been a different amount and when I call about it they give you loopholes on why and are horrible at explaining. If your company goes through them good luck. No one know what they are talking about and have different answers each time I call. It’s chaotic and unorganized. They will not own up to mistakes and talk over you. I wish the company I work for had nothing to do with this company. I have heard people tell me before how bad Sedgwick was but now I can definitely vouch for them. This company is awful and isn’t for the people.

Not so great! I have a intermittent leave thats been pending since aug 9th...So i have no income and could lose my job when i seriously do and need this for my medical condition 🥺

Claims representative lied in his report, stating something that was never discussed by or from me. I talked to this representative less than three minutes four months ago and he stated to me "that you have an attorney, so I can't talk to you." That was the end of any conversation, with this company.
