In January 2024, a massive Douglas Fir tree crashed into our house, and at first, we thought we'd never live there again. The damage was overwhelming. However, Service Master not only assured us they could rebuild, but they exceeded our expectations, restoring our home to better than its original condition.
From start to finish, their communication and support were exceptional. They kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring we felt confident throughout the process. More importantly, they worked directly with our insurance company and fought for us every step of the way, making sure we received what we needed to restore our home properly.

Thanks to the team at Service Master...Jim Grant, Eric Hagen, and Luis and Rodolfo who took extra care when it came time to move back in the contents of our home. What felt like a total loss became a fresh start. We are beyond grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and craftsmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone facing a home disaster you can trust them to take care of you.

Overall, they did a good job. On one day we have 2 fill in guys who didn't do as good of a job. We were very impressed with a team member named John Cunningham. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
