Beware.

When Oscar first approached me at my house, he shared the 55 Five star reviews on google. Now there are only 3 five star reviews? Something seems shady.

Since that day, same day I signed the contract, there has been virtually 0 communication. I signed the contract and Oscar said next time he talks to me I'd be picking out my new roof.

They never once called to let me know they would be stopping over to inspect the roof, instead they just showed up randomly. The first time they showed up, they didn't even ring the doorbell, they just climbed up on my neighbors roof and started marking it. My neighbor was upset and Oscar assured me he'd come by personally apologize for the mistake. He never did. Very professional.

They showed up a few more times without notice along with the insurance company and eventually they ghosted me. I've left voicemails and text messages asking what happened with the insurance company and have not heard a single response.

As far as I can tell, all that was achieved was a higher insurance premium. Avoid.

BEWARE - Delivered roofing product on my freshly aerated grass ultimately killing the grass in which the manager on the job agreed to knock the cost off the deductible for the hassle, shortly after adjuster Alex refused to knock cost off deductible and said manager on our roofing job no longer was employed therefore they would not honor his word. Reached out to the office finance department directly to which they agreed to honor fixing the damage & personally told the adjuster no longer to contact us after the sour taste left from his ignorance. Alex Julius is now reaching out to another customer we referred for a discount on the deductible relaying the message the company is threatening to place a lien on my home when he was told not to contact us we’re in communication directly with the finance department not the adjuster about finances. Incredibly unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone given the headache and harassment despite his name not being on any paperwork in our agreement nor is he listed as our adjuster it’s Jacquelyn Gonzalez. Very fishy online presence with this company & outrageous pricing. Also found out they’re committing insurance fraud paying deductibles in exchange for completing the roofing job which is illegal and can be reported to the BBB
