I had a great time dealing with Brad and I can't say enough good things about him! His service was excellent from the beginning; he explained my alternatives in detail and calmly and clearly answered all of my questions.

Brad stood out for his honesty and dedication to my best interests. He saved me money by making sure that I only paid for the coverage I actually needed. Another thing that stood out about Brad was his responsiveness— he actually picked up the phone when I called! Many of the other brokers I tried were nearly impossible to reach, which was so frustrating. But with Brad, I was able to speak with a real person, have my questions addressed right away, and get things set up without any fuss. What a refreshing experience!

6 months after my initial comment -- My initial opinion has not changed. Brad has continued to be responsive as I have added a Trust to the language.
