I’ve had full auto coverage with Brad Howe's agency since 2008 (that office became his a couple of years after I’d signed on). In my experience Mr Howe has always been friendly, helpful, kind, and honest. His prices can’t be beat. Ever since I first bought insurance from Shield of Shelter, I have been amazed by the low cost. All my claims, including road damage and hail damage, have been resolved briskly and efficiently, with excellent service and no problems. I have been with Shelter for about a year now. Can not stress enough how pleased I am with not only the coverage but our local agent too. He has always been so helpful and willing to answer any question I have.
