Bryan is awesome. My parents were considering switching their current coverages over to Shelter. Shelter even came up cheaper, but my parents would've went from a 1% to a 2% wind hail on the home which they just didn't want to do at the time. Bryan didn't hesitate to explain the increase in deductible and wanted to make sure my parents knew exactly what they would be getting. He didn't sugar coat it and while my parents didn't switch they walked out knowing they had a trustworthy and knowledgeable agent in their neighborhood that they could go to if anything happened with their current insurer. I would ONLY have Shelter insurance! Bryan is amazing and clearly doesn't care about the money, he only cares about the customers. You would think they are running a non-profit over there...lol jk but Bryan is great, go to him.

Bryan was fantastic to work with. He took the time to review the different coverage options for both my auto and home owners policies. He explained how each option would work for me, took the time to answer my questions, and there was ZERO pressure from him….I wish more agents were like that. He really put himself in my shoes to understand my needs and put me in the best position. I highly recommend Bryan and Shelter Insurance to anyone….they have my business going forward!

After our parent's passed, we contacted Bryan's office and were assured the homeowner's policy would be sent to underwriters to put into beneficiaries names. Apparently someone didn't follow through and the policy lapsed, and no one cared enough to call us to let us know. We had multiple conversations with Bryan's office so they knew that we wanted to keep the policy in tact until we sold the house. So disheartening and disappointing that they don't care enough to call a customer (our parent's had Shelter ins for homes and vehicle for over 30 years!) to help and assist them. Dealing with the loss of a loved one is stressful enough, Bryan and his staff made the entire situation 100 times worse. It is sad we trusted them to do their job and they failed us. I would NEVER have Shelter insurance! They are horrible and clearly don't care about their customers, they only care about money. So sad!
