Bonnie and staff attempted at least a half dozen times to get ahold of me. There had been an accident nearby and they had lost power and phone service. I had set up an appointment and through some confusion, they thought I was coming in when I thought I was setting up a phone appointment. I was having a tough day and decided to turn my cell phone off which is when tried so many times to get ahold of me. When I did talk with Bonnie she was very open and honest in explaining everything that had happened and apologized repeatedly for the miscommunication. I was impressed with effort and sincerity. I don’t think you can tell if a insurance company is good until you have had a serious claim, which thank God I haven’t, but there sincere effort to communicate honestly makes a top notch company in my opinion
