I consider an Insurance agent to be one of the most important relationships a person has in their adult life. It's the person we trust with our most important possessions. Suffering a loss of a home or car is bad enough without having to worry about whether you're underinsured. Those are things you don't have to worry about with Craig Wood. Upon getting to know him, it's very evident that he is a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer-focused professional. Everything a person wants in an agent But more important, at least to me, is the kind of person he is. He"s one of those people who drop everything to help someone in need. And I'm not talking in the course of his job... I'm talking about going out of his way... Way out... To help people in the community he probably barely knows... And not telling anyone he's doing it. Just handling things and walking away. That's a rare quality in today's world where everyone is in it for something that benefits themselves. He's also a veteran, which I'm certain is a big factor in why he does some of the selfless things he does.

I switched to Shelter specifically Craig Wood and have never felt more confident in my insurance provider having my back than ever before.
