On Nov 15th I was told by another lady in the shelter office that my insurance would be terminated for none payment on Nov 23th of which I had no knowledge of at all. No call, no letter of notice about this action. Madison buse was supposedly gone out of state and had asked Mrs Sue to call me and tell me this. I immediately called the bank because I knew that the payment for my insurance premium is always in the account on time and the draft wasn't suppose to come out until a later date . The teller at the bank told me that shelter insurance had drafted out 2 unknown payment amounts of $13.56 on Oct 4th and Nov 7th that I didn't recognize which was applied to my daughter's life insurance policy in which she terminated in the month of August. So they took my insurance premium and used it for something else. Mrs Buse has messed up several times on my payments I've been with shelter since about 2015 and had never had any of these kind of problems when Mrs Meredith was the agent for the England area.I really do miss her she always did business right and did whatever she could to make sure you were getting the best quality care. Sorry I can't say the same for Mrs Madison Buse. I would never want to work with an agent like her again.
