Hands down Mandy is as good as they come! Building a relationship with a person vs a 1-800 number leaves me feeling confident that I have the coverage I need and that Shelter will be there when I need to file a claim. I can't say enough about Mandy's attention to detail, policy knowledge and loving personality, all around I have had such a positive experience over the past 4 years.
