I found Todd in a quirky circumstance! I started physical therapy right beside his office!
It was just when time came for renewals on car & house. I just walked in, and Todd's casual manner made my brain say, if I needed something from the previous insurer, I would get a call back, maybe because it wasn't an emergency or after hours. Anyhow, this is not a threat! LOL, but I know where Todd's office is!! And I feel comfortable with my agents!
Todd saved me money and I now actually understood the coverage I pay for and why! He "covered it all" (?) until I finally 'got it'! Thank you Shelter! My family had your coverage long ago! That trust that my dad had in your company years ago made me instantly look to Shelter! Thank you guys?
