They don't help policy holders with claims. Agents used to do that. I was forces to hire a public adjuster due to Auto Owners ignoring calls, emails etc. Total loss fire and I also don't have enough coverage to rebuild despite every time at renewal they assured me I had enough. They don't look after their insured. I thought an agents job was at least make sure I have enough coverage. That's why i used an independent agent.. I don't recommend them at all!now they want me to call some unknown person to fix it. Tired of wasting my breath. I will lose my home and an E&O claim will follow

We have done business with this company for several years. Never have we encountered rude behavior as indicated by 2 posters. Brenda has always treated us with respect and consideration. We suffered a fire last year and the claim was handled quickly and efficiently. This year she worked tirelessly with loan officers to provide all documents for construction loan. Best folks we have dealt with in a while

Beware of this insurance agent: Kathryn Crabdree. She talked over me. Raised her voice to me. Told me "well, that's just how it is". I asked her for information to talk to my insurance company directly and she told me there is no one else for me to talk to. Blamed others for the problem. She could have cared less whether or not I was insured. She acted as if she didn't want to resolve my challenges.
