I reached out to Mary at the Siegfried Insurance Group after she was recommended to a friend. We were having trouble obtaining insurance for a car we had just purchased for our daughter - our current insurance company would not insure the car. Mary jumped in MINUTES after I contacted her and had information back to me within a couple of hours. We ended up not being able to insure the car for a reasonable amount due to it being a high theft vehicle, but because of her quick response we were able to return the car and exchange it for another within the dealership's required timeframe. With the newest vehicle we were able to insure our three vehicles for less than we had with the old insurance company. I'm so thankful that Mary was able to jump in so quickly and help our family out! Thank you Siegfried Insurance Group!

I had high hopes for them, came well recommended but call me old fashion, I cannot stand how automated and impersonal my experience was. You call and all you get is an AI program trying its best to sound human, if you want a real person you have to wait for a call back. Once I finally got one, I was told I had to do the whole process online and wait 24hrs for a quote (my agent from Florida will get me quotes in 2hrs), fine, ai can wait. Was promised a quote for next morning. I had to call back after noon and again talk to a robot and ask IT to have its "masters?" to call me back. No call back but dis get an email with a quote finally, which was over $1000 a year higher than what I have, was left with questions, but I'm just not going to call again and talk to a bot AGAIN...

Sorry, I know times change and I'm all for using tech to make things better, but is NOT it. I want a company that shows it cares and that when I need them I can get help right away, not talk to a BOT that may or may not allow me the privilege of a call back.
