Unfortunately a fire started at the property next to my investment property. My investment property was severely damaged. I did not think I would have a hard time with the insurance company since this was the first claim that I’ve ever had to open against a property. Needless to say, the insurance company offered me too low of a settlement. The initial amount offered would not have covered the fire damage repair cost.

Sill to the rescue! The Sill Adjuster I worked with was professional, explained the process well and kept me in the loop as he negotiated on my behalf with the insurance company. He was able to secure 3 times the initial amount of the settlement. I am now able to complete the rehab on my investment property.

Best decision we ever made was to hire The Sill Co.to interface between us & the insurance companies that covered a huge fire loss we experienced on our family farm. Jeff and his team were truly life savers. No one is prepared for a house fire and when we had one, Jeff was my first call. He came that night and stayed until 2 am with us to make sure we were taken care of. By 9 am the next morning he had all out clothes at the dry cleaners and all our electronics out being cleaned so everything could be returned within a week. He helped us find a rental right away but most importantly he made sure the insurance company covered all the damage they were suppose to and we never had to worry that we wouldn't have enough money to rebuild or spend any of our own money to return our property to live in condition.
Now we are back in the house with a higher re-sale value from all the updates and we had more than enough money to replace all the personal property lost.
If you are ever unfortunate enough to suffer an insurance loss, make sure Jeff is your first call before you talk to anyone else. You wont regret it
