Our whole house flooded in January 2021 and our insurance tried to give us barely a fifth of what was needed to make minimum repairs. We don’t make much money and we were about to be ruined by this. Insurance wouldn’t even send someone to look at the house in person. Fortunately, someone advised us to call a public adjuster. We looked up local public adjusters in Indianapolis where we were located. A quick google search and Sill came up as the most recommended adjusters and for good reason. We called them and within a day they were meeting with us at the house. Right then and there they agreed to represent us and with preparing laid out in plain detail exactly what their rates were and how they operate — no hidden fees, no nonsense — and we immediately could tell that they genuinely cared about our situation. From that point on, they handled everything. Sill sent out a seasoned team of professionals to get every detail, every picture, every item, and even a precise floor plan. We let them fight it for us and in the end, they won us four times what the insurance company tried to initially offer. Our only regret is that we didn’t call them sooner. Our lives were about to be financially ruined by the apathy of our insurance company, and Sill saved us from that fate. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a major claim. 10/10 would use Sill again.

Our adjuster, Mike Werner, was awesome! We hired Mike after our insurance company was slow to respond to us. Mike took over negotiating with the insurance company he worked quickly to settle the claim. We could not be happier with the outcome. He almost tripled the amount of our settlement compared to the original amount offered from our insurance company.

The Alex N..Sill Company and their Representative, Michael Werner, did a fantastic job for me when my house burned.
