Lee was great! We had a tree hit our home and the insurance company was originally going to settle with us for $42k. We had hired Lee and within a couple weeks he had gotten us $80k! Almost double the amount. He kept us well informed during the whole process and communicated everything clearly. I would highly recommend anyone going through the process to use him. We had a significant fire at a triple decker property we own in Worcester, and what was initially an incredibly stressful process became so much easier when we started working with Lee. Lee is the best!!! He is very easy to work with, knowledgeable, very helpful, very communicative, responsive and compassionate. This was our first major claim and we have no regrets in having Lee represent us. In August 2021 we had a tree fall damaging our garage, rear roof of the house and fence. Lee represented us over a water damage insurance claim, he was fantastic! Lee was very detail oriented and stayed on top of communication with our insurance provider. Prior to Lee, we spent 9 months of back and forth with our insurance company not budging and offering us a low payout that didn’t even come close to covering the damage that had been done to the entire bottom floor of our home. We hired Lee who came in and off the bat identified several reimbursement areas that the insurance adjustor had not included or properly addressed.
Also, several times even after hiring Lee, there were mathematical errors by our insurance company (in their favor). These errors were sometimes buried in summaries that we’d been given, but each time Lee identified all the errors and responded on our behalf, ensuring we got the correct and fair amount. Lee was able to raise our payout to a significantly higher amount that fully covered the damage to our downstairs.
Even with family working in the trades we were better represented by Lee due to his extensive working knowledge of how claims are processed, how insurance companies work and his working relationships with insurance adjustors. Highly recommend.
