A demolition company destroyed part of my property that was not supposed to be touched. Is insured through this company Smith Davis insurance. Back On. November 29th. Leaving my farm without any water source since that day. Today is January 3rd. I've called Kim numerous times. I get no reply I have had no adjuster reach out to me that to me offer help. We have had to truck in water to feed my live stock. Unbelievable believe it's gone this long.

I absolutely love sheila! i have been with this company for many years however, i have had trouble with the service that stephanie provides. I have requested things to be done with my policy and stephanie never follows through. Sheila always has to fix things for me that stephanie doesnt complete. Does stephanie even have a license cause she doesnt have a lot of knowledge when it comes to my policies. could someone please address this issue

This insurance company Defrauded me . They were taking my premuims and pocketing them leaving me without insurance. They were going to all different insurance company's getting me insurance and sending me fake insurance cards. I have had this insurance company for 7yrs to find out they were not Honest at all. Then when I found out about the defrauding they promise to get things cleared up for me and they did nothing. They created bills at all these other insurance company's leaving with me balance's.Then when I called to asked them about holding up there part they played victim to the situation. Do Not uses this insurance company for your insurance needs seek them out first . The insurance Commisioner office was contact also there is a investigation going on on this company. A fraud investigation. I was contacted by the Fraud department they are fully aware of the issue with this company.
