I do have a balance there called trying to straighten it out. Lady had a attitude as soon as the call got transferred to her. Very rude and huffing everytime I said something. Reminded her to be nice I wasn't being rude to her. Looks like if someone was wanting to straighten out a bill they would be nice to ya. Heck it's just a old hospital bill anyways.

I pulled my credit file through credit karma I see a collection has been placed with this company so I called this company to get the collection paid and they informed me of a 2nd collection that has came through. I explain I knew nothing about this collection and I would pay it because it was a utility bill from when I moved. They also told me their mailing service had returned the letter they had tried to send to me. That was some on Tuesday and on Friday that collection shows up on my credit file. I called and spoke with 2 different employees and explained that this was taken care and never should have been put on my credit report I asked that it be removed. I was told no by both employees and told it would hurt their business if they did and they couldn't do it for me and not do it for everyone. I explained this was totally different from everyone else's situation because I had paid the debt and then it was placed on my credit file. I was told no and that couldn't be done but funny how they worded it. It is funny how larger companies can remove a collection but they can't except every 30 days. I wish I could have said less than 1 star but that is the minimum I guess.

Collectors have no idea what they’re talking about. Ask to speak to a manager if you want real details about the account. Candy Tate and Tiffany White are definitely two women you want to avoid; they’re full of misguided information.

Rude for no reason, I don't understand the attitude, not everyone is rich and can't keep up with their late payments, besides it's not like we owe YOU anyway, this is a third party bill collector, not the collector itself and stop harassing people and they can't even tell you where the bill is coming from!!
