I didn’t have the opportunity to be outside when they came but I can say this company is hands on and pricing is very reasonable. The receptionist was hands on and made sure my information was saved in their system so if I did call back I would have to repeat my information. As soon as I called and said I was ready for them to pick up my vehicle to tow it, they did just that and was hands on with communication through text, link was secure for payment if not paying with cash and was notified when the driver was five minutes out. The driver was super nice to my son and his friend; he answered questions that he should not have been answering but he did and he represented Smith Towing very well. Thank you for your superb services.

I would highly recommend Smith towing, I called from out off because my mother was stranded while out shopping in town. They were very pleasant and friendly. Had my mother who is 73 on her way back home and towed within twenty minutes. I am very grateful. Thanks to the Smith team!!!!
