I have worked with Socher Insurance for many, many years and continue to be satisfied with the service provided by everyone in their firm. They take time to explain any questions I or my Boards may have and will even attend a meeting if necessary. Terrible! I have been trying to obtain proof of insurance for our condominium buidling for weeks, but the only response I received is "Contact your board". I am the member of the board of directors, but Socher insurance refuses to provide proof of insurance to me! Other board members don't have proof of insurance either. Our property manager does not provide proof of insurance, due to his negligence. We are in process of termination our current property management company due to gross negligence. Socher insurance said they will not be taking sides in this conflict, but they picked our dishonest property manger side, because they refuse to provide proof of insurance to current board. Socher is a terrible company, Patrick and Ed are rude. Stay away from this business!
