Mitch at Solid Ground Insurance takes care of all of our insurance needs: car, home, and rental. Mitch is great, kind, helpful and hard working businessman. He offers quality work, amazing customer service and most important thing is affordable & much better rate than other companies I used.

I hope you consider to try his service because it is quick, excellent and totally worth it, plus support our small/ local business in town.

I bought home policy with Progressive from Local agency At $1200 last year and they raised my premium to $1500 even I used them 2 years with no claim; so Mitch found me a new policy $700 cheaper than Progressive and similar coverage plus bundle my home with auto $566/year for 2 cars (100k/300k full coverage). I wanted to come review Mitch. Before I started my review I had to read the one stars (only 2). I actually got a kick out of both reviews. If your going to write a horrible review about Mitch and the insurance company Travelers, you could at least not misspell Travelers every singe time. Also if you had such a bad experience that name should be cemented in your head. With that being said - They sound nothing like Mitch or who he is as a person. Mitch has been great and we have been with him for over 7 years. Just recently I inquired to Mitch about a potential policy change. He was very responsive and followed up when he said he would. Our family has had a great experience with Mitch. 5 plus years ago I referred my father-in-law. He also had a great experience. I am now in the process of referring my parents because Mitch has always done right by us. Also, we have filed a home owners claim - when I reached out to Mitch he was extremely helpful. Mitch had us look into someone for a second opinion on hail damage and it paid off - Travelers adjuster also came out and approved so I am glad I reached out to Mitch and glad he gave me helpful honest feedback. Mitch has been great!
