Veronica and Jenny have really been a great help at finding me a fair insurance price and have really helped me with my renewal tags since the dmv doesn’t take any appointments at the moment. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Called the office number listed, no answer.
Called the cellphone number listed, no answer.
They called back and hung up!
We called back AGAIN and “Jenny” answered in a RUDE ATTITUDE WAY! She was SUPER disrespectful and not professional!
We asked to speak to someone who will be willing to respectfully help us and she claimed “no one else was working” and denied to help!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Not sure how she got hired,
Hope she gets fired!
Would rate ZERO starts if we could!
