Very rude and unprofessional by both Mr Poe & his wife.
Refused to send me a receipt for paying my $1400 homeowners policy. Told me to find a new agent. Unfortunately, I would have to start a new policy with Progressive which would cost me more $. Wish I had another agent that was more helpful and nicer.

It started out with a flyer in the mail. I usually throw them out with out looking at them. For some reason I opened Southeast Insurance Group's envelope. I liked what I saw and gave them a call. Right from the first phone call to deciding to switch to Southeast Insurance Group the experience was stellar. Zach was amazing. He put feelers out to several insurance companies and ended saving us a bunch of money with better coverage. Most of all Zach treated me with excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of insurance that pertained to me. So great to deal with a person instead of a website.
