Though they couldn’t help me with what I needed they helped me by telling me where to go and what to do, I just turned 21 so being a young adult is hard; Debbie (bless her soul) helped me and gave me a detailed answer of what I needed to do to get what I needed done! Have been satisfied with services provided until recently when overcharged by provider who mistakenly charged a premium after being notified that policy had been cancelled. Provider eventually returned funds and charged $3 to do this. This is atrocious behavior on behalf of provider since it was their error and then charging me for their mistake. Broker should have taken a more serious action on part of myself as client.
