I gave one star because zero is not an option. I cancelled my policy on person and the reps didn't do it right. Now Allstate owes me $243.68 and I cant get my money worst customer service ever the "I don't know people " RUN RUN RUN away.

I will go to Auburn before i use this place again. Worse decision i made was to switch to this branch. Horrible customer service, never answer the phones and have no clue what they are doing.
