Expert advice and really great personal service received from Adjuster Harold. Having no response from our insurance company, we hired Southern State Public Adjusters, Inc. and received an attentive adjuster, Harold, who listened and checked our slab leak repair that needed tile replacement. He went above and beyond our expectations and the insurance company promptly paid for the repairs after Harold contacted them and we received more than we expected, but a fair amount for the repairs. We highly recommend this company.

Hal was great and a wealth of knowledge! I had a water leak in my condo from my upstairs' neighbor on Thanksgiving Day. I was unable to get in contact with anyone, not even my insurance company, but Hal picked up and guided me through the complex process. He was right on que with the information he provided and I was able to get everything fixed with the proper funding, which my insurance company was not providing.
I highly recommend Hal and Southern States Public Adjusters to anyone going through a homeowners or a condo/HOA insurance claim.

Our experience with Southern State Public Adjuster Inc. was flawless starting with our personal adjuster Hal his knowledge and professionalism is Top Notch without his expanded knowledge and experience we would of not have received the out come we did. Hal was there for us every step of the way in the process he was available anytime and kept us updated. As insurance companies continue to raise rates and make changes to coverages it is of the utmost importance to have a Public Adjuster on your side to handle your claim you will be glad you did. We are both very happy with the service we received from Hal. We did not receive enough money from the insurance company for our water damage claim. Hal and his team did a complete and thorough inspection and found damage that our insurance company overlooked. We are happy we called them and settled our claim for much more than we received from the insurance company.
