Met with Alex, after Mary, the supposed Dave Ramsey ELP was never able to meet. Poor service already. Alex never did any follow ups whatsoever. I assume it's because she thought we were too young to be taken seriously. Their loss.

Ask yourself: Do you want to get stuck in investments you can't get out of or sell? Do you want to pay a management fee, plus a commission to invest in something? Do you want to pay a 12b1 fee monthly on top of the regular fee you pay for an adviser to "manage" your account? If any of the answers is no, look elsewhere for your investment adviser.
