There have been multiple houses around me having their roofs replaced so I had a roofing company inspect the roof and they found hail damage. I filed an insurance claim with Allstate and they denied coverage on the roof but provided coverage on the soft metals due to hail damage. I had two different roofing companies inspect the roof and both said there was hail damage on the roof. Since Allstate would not cover I hired Spartan Claims LLC to do an appraisal to try and get the roof covered. I worked with Shane Hampton and he promised the moon and acted like there would be no problem getting coverage on the roof. He was very arrogant and cursed a lot which came across as unprofessional. I had to sign a contract with him agreeing to pay him $225 per hour for his services regardless of the outcome. He gave me three names of contractors that would basically cover his fees once he got the coverage on the roof. I contacted one of the contractors and they gave me something in writing stating they would cover the fee. The contractor was trying to slow roll the process and get coverage on the roof due to having to replace shingles in order to replace the soft metal vents. Shane called me during that time and said the contractor that he referred me to didn’t know what they were talking about and that we just needed to get on with it and file the appraisal paperwork with Allstate. To make a long story short Allstate once again denied the roof coverage but Shane somehow got them to up the amount to replace the soft metal because my roof is high and steep. I asked him why they did this and he said it was smoke and mirrors to keep from wasting his time and mine. So bottom line I ended up having to pay Spartan $750 because the roof didn’t covered so I couldn’t work with the contractor that agreed to cover his cost. Shane said that he helped me out because I got an extra $2000 on the claim but my roof is probably around $25,000 to replace. When I asked him why the hail damage hit about every other house in the neighborhood but mine he said that the other homes probably didn’t have damage and the other insurance companies just replaced the roofs. He also stated that there wasn’t any damage to my soft metal components but somehow he got the claim increased even though there was no damage. When I first talked with Shane he said he would not charge me anything if he could not help me get this done (his exact words). He did get the claim increased but it is peanuts compared to what it would cost to replace the roof. I am just telling my story and stating the facts in this situation. I would caution anyone that what this company tells you is truth. He made a quick $750 and then acted like I should be happy.

My brother Tim S. wanted me to write a review we both felt like this needed to be done. We was recommended to try Spartans out we were hesitant at first we never heard of the place nor did we know exactly what they could do for us.....but they kept telling us we have a good chance of the insurance paying for his roof, which definitely sounded great seeing that he didn't have the money for a new roof and insurance didn't want to pay. So he decided to give Spartans a try Thomas banks was the man that worked with us. He was kind and patient and he told us exactly what was going on. We were still hesitant about everything and T.J Banks kept telling us trust the process and we did and my brother is so happy he did cause he now has a new roof over his head. But we also want to give a shout out and thanks to Ryan Ross and I'm so sorry I don't remember the other man's name but if it wasn't for all of them we may have been charged more from the contractors that was hired to do the work. So thank you to all of you guys and we appreciate everything you have done. We highly recommend them....

We had a wonderful experience with Spartan Claims and TJ Banks. We were having trouble when our insurance company offered us a minimal amount to replace our roof. Spartan was very informative on the process and helped us in having our insurance company pay out what they should have all along. We definitely recommend Spartan Claims!

Shane Hampton was amazing! My insurance wouldn’t budge on paying me properly for my home after being hit by a tornado in Mar 2023. I had fought with them on my own for 5 months with no success and decided I needed help to get this where it should be. I called numerous agencies and this one was the perfect match! Shane was very knowledgeable and was very good at answering all my questions and concerns. Wish I had of hired Spartan on day one, as this would of saved me all the mental anguish I endured in those first 5 months! Thank you Shane and Spartan! Highly recommended!!!

Omg…so frustrating to work with these guys! After being the only house to be denied on hail damage and being a State Farm customer for 25 plus years, I decided to try Spartan Claims. Signed off with Dustin. Dustin had the claim for nearly two months, all I would hear from him would be to ask, “what roofer did we decide on?” I could tell this file was simply collecting dust and not being looked at seriously. I decided to call Dustin only to hear him say there was no information on my file. After questioning him why that is, given we talked about it on more than one occasion…he said, “I don’t know why it isn’t in there”. Anyhow, long story short we are approaching the end of June deadline to get it done (being mid May as of this notation) and he said he doesn’t think he can do anything now. What else needs to be said?

Thomas Banks was amazing to work with from the very first phone call until the file was closed and my claim was paid. He was very kind, honest, understanding, sympathetic, professional, determined and worked hard to get what I deserved and did it in a very timely manner.
