Roberto from Specialty Public adjusters was my representative on my case with the insurance after Ian hurricane. He was referred by my best friend Eileen after having some hurricane issues on some of her client properties.
From day 1 when Roberto came to my house, he showed his professionalism and commitment to work on our side for the case, the damages on our property were over 50k and the insurance only offered $12.860. Being in a situation like that, we interviewed Robert for our options and he explained all the steps and procedures.
After several months of his intensive and dedicated work we were able to receive the right and fair compensation for the damages on our home.

Roberto Perez is one of the people that work there and he is a very nice and talented on what he’s doing! He helped us a lot on our house and showed so much love and appreciation. He fought hard for us so we can get more money to be able to pay for the damages to our house when Hurricane Ian hit. Specialty Public Adjusters are very professional; their years of experience inspire trust; They're efficient and I feel their office works well together . The girls at the office are so nice, and they will call and respond when needed. Their owners Jogly and Jaday are super attentive and on top of their business. Roberto, another of their employees, is a great communicator and down to earth, and together, they all work amazing to get their clients what they need. I would recommend 10/10. I am very satisfied with their work ethics and the way they handle things.
