We were happy with Stacey's office for a while until unknown to us, we ended up having our insurance premium cancelled because a wooden fence was touching our home. How did we find out? Not by a phone call which one would expect from their agent but rather a letter generated saying they cancelled our insurance over a month ago but just sent the letter three days ago.

Our agent should have contacted us personally to discuss what was happening and to give us any options there may have been such as removing the fence or removing a tree. To not hear anything from them (other than some texts asking for more photos of the property even though we provided plenty) is very disappointing especially knowing that this home has not been covered for a month now yet they made sure to charge me the premium.

The other one-star reviews are accurate. My family has been insured through Stacy Roy for years. In the past, as long as we paid our premiums and didn’t file claims, there were no issues. That’s no longer the case. Our premiums continue to increase without any claims or changes on our part. Our adult children, also insured by her, had their homeowners’ policy canceled due to their home suddenly being labeled as in a fire zone, despite near record precipitation over the past two years. We pay over $13K annually in combined premiums yet this agent is rude and unhelpful. The insurance commission has been notified. We are now seeking coverage through another agent. Very disappointing. Karma…..

I had a very disappointing experience with Stacey Roy. Communication was consistently poor; it often took days to get a response to even simple queries from her. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the level of customer service was far below expectations. Her employees were great and was very helpful but her was just poorly unethical. Additionally, the agent provided incorrect information about my policy, which led to confusion and unnecessary stress. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this agent based on my experience.

I was a long time Allstate customer and they were good for a time. But life's changes got the better of us and we ended up having an accident with our truck. It took about 3 weeks to get it towed to a repair shop, and about 5-6 weeks for it to get repaired. My local agent or Allstate seemed powerless and unconcerned about any of it. All the heavy lifting I ended up having to do on my own, with no follow up calls and no real customer service. And I'm thankful for that! Why?

It got me out of my comfort zone and got me to look at other insurance agents. Stacey Roy was local (in my neighborhood) and my business had used her for years. Stacey and her staff are amazing folks that care, genuinely care. She saved me a lot of money on our home and auto policies (sorry if that sounds like a commercial) and got me changed over very quickly.

I haven't had to make a claim yet but I know if I do, that Stacey and her team have got mine and my family's back.

As a small business owner myself, I hate to write reviews like this, but when a business goes out of its way to misrepresent its clients, this forum is the only level playing field. I have been insured with State Farm through Stacey Roy for years now. When it comes to insurance, I am the individual who pays thousands upon thousands of dollars annually for coverage, but has never needed or benefited from filing a claim. This all changed when my wife's new vehicle was struck by a teenage driver while waiting to enter a roundabout. The young man acknowledged his error and provided my wife with his contact and insurance information. They then went their separate ways without involving the police. Later when my wife filed the insurance claim, the young man's story changed and they created an erroneous defense for his vehicle striking her car. Long story short, their insurance and ours went to arbitration and the conclusion was that we would not receive any benefit. My wife has tried to contact Stacey personally multiple times and has only ended up speaking with assistants. Communication has mostly occurred at a higher boilerplate corporate level. The experience has been so incredibly impersonal and unacceptable. I intend to cancel all of my policies and business with State Farm and Stacey Roy because when it comes down to it... "like a bad neighbor, State Farm is NOT there."

Worst, most unhelpful and unprofessional service ever after my vehicle was violently rear ended by one of her insured. I spoke to Stacey Roy personally and she did absolutely nothing to assist me as I was stranded in the middle of an intersection in 8 degree weather. State Farm is a disgrace.
