I was quoted a price for homeowner’s insurance and they called me several weeks later after I signed the policy and said the price was off by$700. They said there was nothing they could do and that they were sorry. Definitely would not recommend you use them. Not because a mistake was made, as that happens, but because they would ‘t do a thing to make it right. Seems like days the days of decent customer service and making things right are gone. This wasn’t a handshake. This was a signed policy.
