The W O R S T Insurance E V E R !!!!!!!!
They are lying about everything. First they promise you that if you cancel your insurance your premium downpayment will be recalculated and some amount of money will be returned to you. I had to cancel my insurance days before the due date payment. 02-16-2023 i signed paperwork about cancellation . My due date payment was 02-21-2023. They promised me I will receive a check from them in april. I have been calling them all april about my money back they fed me “I am taking care of it”. Today is April 27 and I found out that not only I will not receive my money back from them but that I owe them and if I don’t pay they will send me to collections for non payment .
Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

stay away from them is the best advice I can give you. Heather is rude and Ms. know it all she will tell u an amount and when you get billed the amount is way different, different by $400/$500 straight up scam!

worst insurance agent to work with my insurance was canceled found out days after the authority was suspended because of insurance even after insurance was canceled they kept charging my bank account when i went back to them they said will send a check that was 6 months ago and am still waiting until now
