I’ve been with Stailey for years and have always had exceptional customer service. Recently have been working with Nubia and she is outstanding! Best place to get insurance. They helped me save money going with Safeco. I can call or email at any time with any questions and I get a response. I bundle my home and vehicles and have a great savings. My price is the same each month for the last 3 years. Usually most insurance will go up. When I went from full-coverage to liability on an older car, I wanted to make sure it was covered by uninsured motorists. Uninsured drivers are everywhere, and driving badly. Gloria Lascano explained to me that THEIR policies all cover uninsured motorists and are included. This is why I went with Stailey insurance. Guess what? An uninsured driver blew threw a stoplight and totaled my car. I called Gloria Loscano about this, she initially stated I was NOT insured. I told her that I chose her agency specifically because of the uninsured motorist coverage, and on several later calls (trying to get an adjuster) Gloria said I WAS covered. I never was. The insurance that Stailey 'includes' is bodily injury only, not the car. I felt that they could have AT LEAST explained that to me. I spoke with Grant Stailey before I sued the other party in small claims court and Grant said he would help me out in any way he could. I felt encouraged. When the sued party quit paying, I emailed Grant, left him a message, and was ignored. I moved on. Stailey Insurance sucks.
